Meet Kristy & Tahleaha (Owners | Managers & Sisters!)

Kristy and Tahleaha are certainly “sister’s doing it for themselves”.
They have banded together and worked extremely hard to produce the amazing Koto Hair : a beautiful boutique salon in the heart of Glen Iris. They are young, dynamic business women with years of experience behind them. In 2009, they decided it was their time to shine and they invested in and opened up their own salon.

Kristy and Tahleaha lead a team of vibrant hairdressers, each specialising in their own craft and all delivering exceptional results. You will always leave Koto feeling refreshed and happy with your look and you will also leave educated on how best to maintain your look, whether it be a cut or colour. This is one of the keys to Koto’s success.

Koto Hair is a Kevin Murphy Session Salon (Specialist: Teegan Aldenhoven) and an American Crew Alpha Salon (Specialist: Tahleaha Shiels) which means Teegan and Tahleaha are specially trained in the products and ‘test run’ them before they are released.
